Protests outside of a Prince George clinic offering pediatric Covid vaccines were dispersed by RCMP yesterday, in adherence with new laws.
On November 26th, BC passed the Access to Services Covid-19 Vaccination Act, creating a 20 foot bubble around clinics and health services.
Those who disrupt or impede access within those bubbles can face arrest and fines of up to 2,300 dollars.
But Prince George RCMP chose instead to break up and educate the protesters about the new rules.
Patrols will be present at upcoming vaccine clinics in the City to ensure the rules are followed going forward.
