A housing project looking to take residents off the streets in Terrace has gotten largely favourable reviews from residents.
Sonder House opened in 2019, providing 52 modular housing units to those experiencing or at risk of experiencing homelessness.
A recently conducted BC Housing Research Centre report shows that 88 percent of surveyed residents were satisfied with their units.
Around a third of residents took part in the survey, which also revealed that 68 percent of participants felt safe in the Olson Avenue residence.
Some criticism was levied at the building itself, specifically the door locks, overall durability, and lack of storage space.
Complaints from neighbours to the building have also subsided since the new parking lot and fence were added.
