A number of municipal programs in Quesnel are set to see cost increases next year.
Water utility rates will see a 5 percent increase, while sewage rates will get a 2 percent hike, water service rates will also see a two percent increase.
Airport and Cemetery rates are also getting a 2 percent fee increase.
Landfill fees will not be changing in either direction, despite reports showing them above rates in similar communities.
A new business licensing fee of 50 dollars for commercial landlords will be added as well, though it will be waived for the first year.
