British Columbia is reporting 2,425 new cases of Covid-19 over the four day period between September 3rd and 7th.
That works out to just under 600 cases per day, bringing the active case total to 5,465.
In total, 838 of the new cases were in the Interior, while 312 fall within Northern Health`s jurisdiction.
15 new deaths were reported over the 4 day period, with 6 coming from the Interior Health region.
There are currently 21 active outbreaks in the province.
