Williams Lake City Council has approved a new, 10 foot tall, mural, with a wholesome twist.
At their regular meeting on Tuesday, council opted to invest their five thousand dollar mural budget in to a youth art project.
Dozens of young residents will participate in the painting of the mural, which will cover the north side of the future Foundry Cariboo Chilcotin on Fourth Avenue South.
The site will bring numerous mental health, substance abuse, and social services to youth in the community.
