Plans to create both a drive-thru restaurant and a beer and wine store at the site formerly known as Chemo RV on Broadway Avenue South in Williams Lake have been downgraded to only building the beer and wine store.
Williams Lake City council received a revised application for the 3,800-square-metre property at their regular meeting yesterday.
A public hearing for the new application will be held at city hall on Aug. 17 and surrounding property owners and tenants within a 100-metre radius will be notified of this new application.
The revised application will also be sent to the Ministry of Transportation and Infrastructure for their consultation.
