Update: The parents of the found toddler were located this afternoon.
Prince George RCMP are attempting to locate the parent or guardian of a child that was found.
This morning a concerned citizen flagged down members of the Prince George RCMP to report they located a small child alone near the corner of Update St and Starthcona Ave..
The child is approximately a three year old male, with black hair and brown eyes. The parent or guardian can contact RCMP or go to the detachment.
