Northern Health has declared an end to the COVID-19 outbreak at the LNG Canada site in Kitimat.
In all, 56 workers who tested positive for the virus have recovered and all close contacts have completed self-isolation.
In the meantime, health officials have identified more COVID-19 cases associated with the outbreak at two work camps on the Coastal GasLink project.
As of December 24, there have been 48 lab-confirmed cases associated with the outbreak at 7 Mile Lodge in the Burns Lake area and Little Rock Lake Lodge in the Nechako area.
Northern Health says 31 cases remain active.
