Northern Health has provided an update on the Covid-19 outbreak at the LNG Canada Project site in Kitimat.
As of today there are a total of 54 employees that have tested positive for Covid-19, an increase of 2 since the December 1 update. Five of these cases remain active with 49 being considered fully recovered.
One person is self-isolating at the project site. There continues to be no public exposure in Kitimat and the surrounding areas at this time.
