Warmer than usual temperatures for the North and Central coast

A special weather statement is in effect for the North and Central coasts, as well as inland sections.

Temperatures are forecast to be above seasonal by about 5 to 10 degrees on Wednesday and Thursday. A high pressure system is coming in from the United States this week bringing warmer temperatures.

Overnight temperatures will still be above seasonal. People are encouraged to stay hydrated and stay in cooler places.
