After a postponement earlier this year, the Spirit of North Healthcare Foundation will be going ahead with spirit day on Sept. 17.
The annual radiothon will be hosted live from the Prestige Treasure Cove Resort from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m.. You can participate by calling in at 250-565-2800 or swinging by. It’ll be broadcast locally on 101.3, 99.3 and on CKPG TV. There will be chances to donate throughout the day to the foundation.
Money donated to the foundation goes directly to supporting the University Hospital of Northern BC. The foundation has also been chosen as the charity of choice for other local events in September including the upcoming Tim Hortons Smile Cookie Campaign.
There will be updates on both Facebook and Instagram as the events happen.
