B.C. Health officials gave their daily update today.
There have been 50 new test positive cases since Sat. Two additional long term care homes are under outbreak procedures in Fraser Health, with only a single test positive case in each home. Three new deaths to report, 103 total deaths from Covid-19 in the province,1190 people have now fully recovered.
An increase in testing has taken place at the two poultry work sites. At Superior Poultry there are 25 test positive cases and 34 at United Poultry. In the Mission Institution there are 118 total cases. There are now 11 cases from the Kearl Lake Project. Provincial Health Officer Dr. Bonnie Henry says that our sustained efforts to follow public health measures are working.
