Health officials report 25 new test positive cases today in B.C.

Health officials in B.C. gave their daily update today on the Covid-19 situation.

There are 25 test positive cases reported bringing the provincial total to 1724. In Interior Health there are a total of 153 cases and 40 in Northern Health. There was also one additional death to report today.

There’s no new cases to report from the Kearl Lake Project in Alberta. Provincial Health Officer Dr. Bonnie Henry says that it’s still important for anyone returning from the project to self-isolate. If you have returned from the project and think you may have Covid-19 or are exhibiting any symptoms it’s important to connect with 811 to get tested.
