Dr. Bonnie Henry has given an additional order today regarding the ongoing battle against Covid-19.
She has called for all Farmers Markets to only allow food to be sold at these events.
Henry says that this is in recognition of how important it is to get locally grown and produced food. The Ministry of Agriculture is working with the B.C. Association of Farmers Markets to make sure that there is an online model for farmers markets.
