It’s business as usual at the Northwest Regional Airport after a weekend of delays and cancelations.
It all started when a WestJet flight landing Friday night suffered a partial nose gear collapse, leaving the aircraft halfway down the runway.
Emergency crews responded, but there were no injuries among the 43 passengers.
WestJet sent a crew to the airport Saturday afternoon in order to retrieve the aircraft and make repairs.
The Northwest Regional Airport says it resumed normal operations by 6 p.m. Saturday.
WestJet says it apologizes for the incident and any inconvenience.
