The Quesnel RCMP responded to a call of shots being fired at a residence on River Park Rd. early this morning.
The police confirm that multiple shots were fired and the residence were struck. The suspects departed the area in a vehicle prior to police arriving.
Sgt. Richard Weseen says, “It is believed this shooting was a targeted incident and it is very fortunate that the occupants of the residence and the surrounding neighbours were not injured.”
The police urge anyone with information to contact the Quesnel RCMP or anonymously at Crime Stoppers.
