UNBC job action has officially ended as the two parties agree to binding arbitration.
After recommendations made by Special Mediator, Trevor Sones, the dispute regarding salaries will go to binding arbitration. He also recommended a compromise on the non-salary issues.
The Faculty Association anticipates that the arbitration will take place early in the new year.
