Snow and freezing rain are expected to hit Kitimat, Terrace, and Stewart by Monday.
Environment Canada has issued a winter storm warning for inland sections of the North Coast.
Heavy snow will develop for the region as early as Monday afternoon, changing to freezing rain at Kitimat and spreading toward Terrace.
Stewart is expected to get up to 25 cm of snow Monday and Tuesday.
