Just before noon on Nov. 16, emergency services including the Prince George RCMP received a report of a multi-vehicle collision.
The collision took place at the intersection of Foothills Boulevard and Chief Lake road in Prince George.
When officers arrived at the scene they found that a pick-up had collided with an SUV. An adult male driver as well as a child were removed from the SUV and taken to hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
The driver of the pick-up was a 38 year old man from Prince George. He was arrested for impaired driving and transported to the detachment for further investigation. He was released on a Promise to Appear in court on a future date.
The investigation into this incident is still ongoing.
