The City of Williams Lake is about to go live.
Residents will soon be able to stream and play back city council meetings on their computers or mobile devices.
City staff members conducted their final test of the software at Tuesday’s council meeting.
Mayor Walt Cobb says the new service is intended to increase public engagement and local government transparency.
The first official live stream of Williams Lake City Council is scheduled for Tuesday, October 22nd.
