UNBC has reached an agreement with non-teaching staff at the university represented by CUPE.
The ratified, three-year deal includes a general two percent wage increase each year as well as staff training and professional development.
CUPE Local 3799 represents approximately 400 UNBC employees in a wide array of roles, including academic program support, information technology, student counselling, maintenance, and security.
