A social media post from this weekend led RCMP in Prince George to a number of large stolen items.
An officer was monitoring social media on Sunday when they came across a photo of a vehicle which had been reported stolen.
No one was at the camp, near Shesta Lake, when the officer arrived at the location to check the vehicle.
They were able to confirm that the Ford pick-up had indeed been stolen from Clear Lake Road late last month.
On top of that, police were also able to locate a tent trailer which had been stolen on June 16th.
It was in the process of being painted when police discovered it.
Police also siezed a number of other items, believed to be stolen, as part of an investigation.
If you have any information which could help police find the person or persons responsible, you are asked to contact Prince George RCMP at 250 561 3300.
