Employers and foreign workers in the area are invited to attend an information session on BC’s newest immigration program being held in Prince Rupert.
Representatives from the province’s Provincial Nominee Program will be at the Coast Mountain College Campus next Wednesday.
Employees in attendance will learn about the pathways available to them, as well as the program’s requirements and expectations.
Employers will learn about how the program can support their hiring needs, and how to recruit and utilize the program.
Announced last year, the BC PNP program drastically cuts the cost and timing for qualified workers to acquire residency and eventually citizenship in Canada.
Those interested can attend the free information session between 11:00 and 1:00 on June 26th at the Prince Rupert campus.
