Genome BC will be hosting a number of workshops for students in the Stikine next week.
Through their Geneskool Education program, students will have the rare opportunity to participate in a number of in-class activites focused on genetic and forensic sciences.
Hands-on experiences will drive lessons on DNA, advanced scientific techniques, and organism blueprints among other topics.
Workshops will be held at Nisga’a Elementary in New Aiyansh, Bear Valley School in Stewart, Klappan Independant Day School in Iskut, and at Dease Lake School.
