This morning, the Prince Rupert Port Authority announced two new appointments to its Board of Directors.
Kenneth Clayton will be retaining his position for another 3 year term, having served on the Board since 2014.
Rita Andreone, a lawyer from North Vancouver, will replace out-going Director Bruce Hallsor.
Each of the two appointees will serve standard 3 year terms on the Board.
