A new collaboration agreement between the Tahltan Central Government and Geoscience BC will set the guidelines for how the two will work together in the future.
Under the agreement, Geoscience and the TCG will share knowledge relating to earth science research projects on Tahltan territory.
Geoscience will work with the TCG on building technical capacity and socio-economic opportunities.
In return the TCG will help to identify sites for future research projects, as well as share traditional knowledge.
