Accomodation trailers to support workers on LNG Canada’s Kitimat project will begin arriving in town today.
In total, more than 12 hundred dormitory modules are set to arrive in Kitimat by next June.
LNG Canada plans to bring in an average of six trailers per day between 7:30 and 4:30, seven days a week.
Trucks will be delivering the unites to the future site of the Cedar Valley Lodge, located beside the Rio Tinto BC Works lot.
As a result, drivers are being warned of possible delays along Highway 37 between Terrace and Kitimat, and on Haisla Boulevard, and the Haisla bridge.
