Last week, Premier John Horgan called on the BC Utilities Commission to conduct a review in to BC’s soaring gas prices.
Today, the BCUC released the terms of reference that will guide that investigation.
Those terms include: examining and advising on the factors impacting fuel prices since 2015, differences in refining and retail margins compared to other provinces, the reasons for those differences and the factors impacting them, and the effects of provincial and regulatory policies.
