Prince George RCMP have seized a vehicle involved in a fatal hit and run over the weekend.
The crash shortly after midnight Saturday killed a man in an electric wheelchair and seriously injured another man.
Investigators believe the 48 year-old man in the powerchair, who later died in hospital, and the 56 year-old man on a bike were hit by a north-bound vehicle that did not stop.
Mounties say within a few hours of appealing to the public, police received information that led them to the vehicle in question.
Investigators are conducting both a forensic and a mechanical examination of the vehicle.
RCMP say the 56 year-old man is recovering in hospital and is expected to survive.
