Williams Lake RCMP are investigating an arson at a local business.
Police were called to Diamonds & Dust Entertainment Lounge Thursday night just after 10:30 for a suspicious fire.
Staff called the fire department and evacuated the building after they discovered flames burning in the rear of the building.
RCMP say the fire was contained to a door at the back and was quickly put out.
Investigators want to speak with anyone who may have witnessed the fire or that may have information about who is responsible.
The nightclub was scene of a shots fired report to RCMP last week, but police say they don’t know if there is a connection between the two incidents.
