For the third time in the last 2 months, Prince George RCMP received reports of a suspicious incident involving an adult male and a child.
On Tuesday morning, police were informed that a suspicious male in a white, four-door, pick-up approached a child near North Tabor Boulevard and Ospika Boulevard.
He asked the child to get into his truck, but the child refused and managed to get to safety.
Two similar incidents were reported near Heritage Elementary School last month involving a man and truck with similar descriptions to Tuesday’s reports.
The man is described as a middle-aged Caucasian male with short dark hair and a short, greying, dark beard.
The white pick-up also has a black tonneau cover, tinted back windows, and a silver bumper.
If you have any information that could help police locate the suspect or vehicle, you are asked to contact Prince George RCMP at 250 561 3300.
