A 27-year-old Quesnel man is scheduled for court after a taking police on a pursuit from Quesnel to Prince George.
RCMP were called out Sunday afternoon for a report of a report of a stolen truck from the Quesnel area.
Police caught up with the driver along Highway 97 heading toward Prince George, but the man refused to stop for officers.
An RCMP helicopter tailed the vehicle into Prince George where it was eventually intercepted and collided with a police car.
RCMP say alcohol was a factor and the man was checked over in hospital as a precaution.
