Following more than a decade helping adults with developmental disabilities, Dana Gorbahn is stepping down as executive director of the High Road Services Society.
High Road is a Smithers-based not-for-profit, which helps adults suffering from physical and developmental disabilities.
In a statement made this morning, Gorbahn, a co-founder of the Society, says he needs to take a step back and charge up the batteries.
It’s only a partial retirement for Gorbahn, who will remain involved with the organization in some capacity.
Rachele Robinson will take over as executive director after serving the last 5 years as CEO of day programs.
