An altercation in Prince George on Friday led to the arrest of one resident.
Early Friday morning, police were called to a North Nechako Road residence for reports of a fight taking place.
When police arrived, they found one woman still on scene, with a portion of her lip missing and had her transported to hospital.
Officers believe the lip was bitten during the incident, and believe alcohol to be a factor.
Police arrested 26 year-old Hailee Marie Kowalchuk in relation to the incident on charges of aggravated assault, and failure to comply with a probabtion order.
Kowalchuk will remain in custody until her court appearance on Wednesday.
