Numerous charges have been laid after police in Prince George arrested a truck thief on Monday.
At approximately 1:30 Monday afternoon, police observed a vehicle matching the description of a recently stolen Ford F250 pick up truck.
After running the plates, they determined the vehicle had indeed been stolen from Ospika Boulevard over the weekend.
When police pulled the vehicle over, they discovered a small quantity of heroin, drug paraphernalia, and various sizes of knives in the vehicle.
Raymond Jarrod Pruden-Collins was arrested as a result and has since been charged with 2 counts of property obtained by crim under 5 thousand dollars, and 2 counts of failing to comply.
Pruden-Collins will face a total of 127 days in jail and 1 year probation for his crimes.
