BC Transit wants Dawson Creek residents to give them a test drive.
Transit is offering a week of free service in the community starting Saturday, November 24.
The idea is to reduce car traffic and idling while encouraging residents to shop locally.
BC Transit says last year’s Idle-Less Week was a success with a 54 percent increase in ridership.
The free service is available on all Dawson Creek routes.
