RCMP in Quesnel have launched an investigation in to the death of a resident from last week.
On November 8th, an adult male was taken to Gr Baker Memorial Hospital with life threatening injuries and later passed away in hospital.
Police were called to the hospital as a result and underwent an investigation which ultimately led them to an address on the 400 block of Willis Street.
RCMP have executed a search warrant but are not releasing any further information at the moment.
They do not believe there is any risk to the public.
