Prince George RCMP say a 38 year-old woman is facing a list of charges after a holiday weekend stabbing.
Mounties were called to a McIntyre Crescent home early Sunday morning to find a man suffering from stab wounds.
RCMP arrested a woman at the scene who was held in custody for her first court appearance Tuesday.
Sindy Pelletier is charged with Attempted Murder, Aggravated Assault, Assault with a Weapon, Assault Causing Bodily Harm, Possession of a Weapon for a Dangerous Purpose, and Uttering Threats.
Police say the stabbing appears to be an isolated incident and that the victim and accused are known to each other.
Investigators say alcohol was a factor.
The vicitm is expected to recover.
