The Regional District of Fraser Fort George is seeking funding to upgrade the Sinclair Mills Community Hall.
A grant request for 30 thousand dollars is being submitted by the District and the Sinclair Mills Education and Recreational Club to the Northern Development Initiative Trust fund for interior work and landscaping improvements.
The District also signed off on their approval of over 33 thousand dollars in community grants.
The largest portion of the new greants will see 11 thousand go to the McLeod’s Lake Centennial Club, and 10 thousand to the Red Rock Volunteer Fire Department.
