7 new physicians are set to join the Northwest Regional Hospital District in the coming months.
The new doctors are joining their communities thanks to a 60 thousand dollar commitment by the District in the recruitment and retention of physicians.
Spruce Medical Centre will see 3 new doctors, HG Health Care will gain one new doctor and a transfer from Spruce, and Park Avenue Lazelle Avenue Medical Clinic will welcome 3 new physicians.
Northern Health’s recruitment of part time and interim doctors to fill the gaps will also be continuing.
