The reactions are filtering in following the BC government’s long awaited question to the Court of Appeals yesterday.
Among those issuing responses was Alberta Premier Rachel Notley, saying the question posed makes no sense.
Notley claims that it will only tie things up longer in the courts and labels it as a recipe for gridlock for Canada’s economy.
The Canadian Association of Petroleum Producers also issued comments yesterday, saying the case was discriminatory and redundant and that it is just a tactic to tie up an already federally approved project.
