Pacific Northern Gas says crews were able to repair a gas line break between Prince Rupert and Terrace over the long weekend.
The problem was discovered late last Wednesday afternoon when there was a drop in presure on the line which delivers natural gas to North Coast customers.
PNG says there were no service interruptions and the system is back to normal operations.
The company is thanking customers in Port Edward and Prince Rupert for their patience and their efforts to reduce the use of natural gas during repairs.
The utility says there was no interruption in service over the period the line was affected.
