Rules & Regulations

• • Prizing: 
    • 12 x $100 *gift certificate (daily prizes)
    • 1 x $1200 in *gift certificates (grand prize)
  • Contest opens Friday, November 29th, 2025 upon merchant opening hour and closes on Monday, December 11th, 2025 after the final daily entries have been pulled from the boxes.

• How to enter: No purchase necessary. Entries can be submitted into the draw boxes at participating merchants. A full list of merchants can be found at www.cfnrfm.ca. Grand prize entries can also be submitted through sharing and commenting on daily 12 Days of Christmas posts on the CFNR Network Facebook page.

• • A qualifying entry must be legible and must contain a first and last name. Entries containing non-legible names, as well as names containing initials or no last name, will be disqualified.
  • Entrants must not reside in the same household as a CFNR employee
  • Employees (as well as their immediate family and household members) of participating merchants are prohibited from entering at their place of work; however they are permitted to enter at another participating merchant location.
  • To be eligible to win the grand prize, the entrant must not have won a major prize within the last year from CFNR.

• Each weekday from November 29th – December 11th, each participating merchant will receive a phone call from CFNR to pull a name from their entry box (December 11th, three names will be pulled for the next 3 weekdays (Dec 12, 15 and 16). This entry will go into the following day’s $100 gift card giveaway draw which will be drawn for during the morning show. The winner will be contacted off-air to be notified of their prize. 

• Daily $100 gift certificate winners will be announced weekdays from December 1st – December 16th and will be posted on the CFNR website and Facebook page.

• Each participating clients’ gift certificate giveaway date is pre-determined prior to the start of the contest

• Grand Prize Draw: All of the entry boxes will be collected and all entries will be combined for the grand prize draw which will take place on the morning show December 18th. Entries from the CFNR Network Facebook page posts, will be typed out and added to the combined entry box entries. One entry will be pulled from those entries received from the participating merchants. This entry will be deemed the grand prize winner as per the following: the announcer will attempt to contact the person prior to naming them the winner. Should there be no direct contact via phone with the winner, another name will be pulled and again, attempt to contact that person. This will be done until direct contact via phone is made and that person will be named the winner.

• An audio recording will be made of the phone call and CFNR will have full rights to use this audio for promotional purposes.

*Some clients may choose to forgo the gift certificate and substitute with prizing valued at $100.
